[amsat-bb] ARISSatTLM - Multiple Sound Cards

Yanko -
I have multiple sound cards as well --

It appears the program uses the "default" audio devices.
I had to designate (using the OS)  my radio connected sound
as the default device.

This might be a nice enhancement for the next release of the software.
