[amsat-bb] Arrisat-1 copy in Alaska

On the 1522 UTC 080411 pass I was able to copy 4 SSTV pictures along with
messages in between.  The signal was fading on the last picture due to 
LOS so
it was a partial picture from one of the cameras.  You could  see the 
noise bars
on the pictures as the satellite was tumbling.
Battery voltage was 33.17 volts and charging.
