Operations
•Three modes of operation
•High – Everything 24/7
•Low – FM, 1kBPSK,CW with 50% duty cycle (2mn OFF, 50s ON)
•Emergency – FM, 1kBPSK,CW @ 10 sec / 1 minute rate

Operations
•At launch, satellite will operate in high power mode for at least 2 hours
•High power mode will be used as long as battery can support eclipse operation.
•As battery deteriorates, low power mode will be used alternately with high power mode.
•Near end of battery life, emergency power mode will be used to extend satellite operation as long as possible.
