It struck me that i don't know why the callsign of arissat-1 is RS 01 S... "Radio Sputnik" and "Skafandr" I understand but why 01?

While we are about it, although I don't wish to add to the names - RS01S, Skafandr-B, Arissat-1 - shouldn't she have an Oscar designator? May I propose MO-(number) - ie "Mezhdunarodno" (International) Oscar
