[amsat-bb] ARISSat: strong QRM due to ISS

All,

we had strong QRM on 145.950 MHz due to the ISS. Most of the ARISSat SSTV
images and voice messages were disturbed.

Just wondering why we can hear ISS packets on that frequency.
