[amsat-bb] FUNcube Dongle firmware update

Folks

For those of you who use the FUNcube Dongle to receive ARISSat-1, I have
released a new firmware version to correct a bug in the USB streaming code
which produced clicking every few seconds for some users, and also makes
data decoding less reliable.

The firmware image is here:

It is currently in test status, so any feedback is welcome.
