[amsat-bb] ARISSat TLM: Sample rate of Signalink

Thank you Alan for the time-saving information !

Actually I wanted to 'upgrade' from the simple soundcard to the 
available Signalink and now it is the other way round - hi.

Listening with the pc soundcard this morning produced good results.

And thanks for the link to OZ1PIF's impressive work !
