[amsat-bb] Edusat and Kentucky

Looks like Edusat will be partially controlled here from the U.S., right down the road in Kentucky.
This is Dr. Ben Malphrus KJ4HJV of the Morehead Space Science program.Sounds like they are preparing to test a Femtosat deployment system. I should point out, this is where Bob Twiggs is currently teaching.
