The famous headline, in an apocryphal story, was "Small Earthquake in Chile: Not Many Dead". With due respect to our fellow hams in CE it meant (at that unenlightened time) that there had been a sesismic shift that, although important to those above it, perhaps did not merit further discussion in the Newspaper of Record.
