Well if you look at the message it was not sent to the list, it was 
forwarded by the recipient. Not knowing if there were any additional 
private e-mails between the two is something to consider.

This seems to be a really hot topic, its not the end of the world. 
Donate to the FOX-1 and FOX-2 project and lets get the new birds in the 
air...
