Next one ready to launch will probably be the AMSAT-UK  1U cubesat 'Funcube' with a linear transponder.

Local to you will be Fox-1. Lets hope it qualifies for launch funding from an educational grant.

Sadly the standard launch costs for P3E look to be impossible to fund, so we need a goverenment to step in. Not sure the European economy will support that as it has many problems at present.

SwissCubesat is interesting, but
there are no ham freq projects in the pipeline here or at AMSAT-UK.
