"Communication Subsystem (COMMS) – Currently, three radios are envisioned
on Delfi-n3Xt: an improved version of the transceiver flown on Delfi-C3,
the advanced transceiver payload and a S-band transmitter. The subsystem
will continuously transmit housekeeping and payload data, operate the
high-speed data link above Delft and act as a linear transponder service
for radio amateurs. The transponder service is a return favour since the
radio amateur community allows us to use their frequencies."
