Never fear about lack of logging from APRSISCE/32! Looks like the UDP
direct RF feed works even if RFtoIS is disabled. No worries, though,
because the direct RF feed doesn't use APRS-IS. But anyway, here's the
packets that were received (times are Eastern US, UTC-0500):
