There are several US and Bermudian government facilities there which might be talked into an IGATE.  There is a US FAA ARTC L band primary and secondary radar station and an ADS B station that feeds into New York Center.  There also appears to be a Navy ANPS48 turning at the same facility.

Both use fixed satellite links as well as an Iridium backup   There is also a remote comm setup for NY
