[amsat-bb] ARISSAt-1 Decay prediction - G7HIA

My decay prediction for ARISSAT-1 is that she will be sub 200km altitude by Jan 4th. I am using a very different method from Nico, 
but have the same proviso, the prediction is valid only if the solar numbers stay at similar levels to the present.
