Few days ago, a link was posted here to the ARISSat subversion
repository. If you look around there you will find the source code for
the ARISSatTLM application (hint:
https://svn.sarpeidon.net/viewvc/suitsat2/ground_station_software/ARISSatTLM/
). You will also find the reference modem by Phil KA9Q called
"demod2". This package contains both DSP library and small command
line applications and the whole package can be compiled under linux as
is. The demo apps can use pipes for I/O so it is very easy to chain
them together to create a complete modem. There are even utilities to
add noise and CW message.
