SSB, and most users will find that USB makes sense with Doppler
shift...it is downlink only, telemetry and experimental data.

70cm LSB uplink, 2M USB downlink---only in the frequency range of the
transponder portion of the satellite, when it's active.

The FM part of the satellite is downlink only, carrying voice
telemetry and other messages of good will.
