For mode A, AO-7 is our baby.  See http://www.planetemily.com/ao7/ao7log.php  it switches between mldes A & B every 24 hours about 2325Z.   Check the on line log.  AO7 has a fascinating history it's available at the aforementioned web site.  See you there.
