Thanks for the report, Ray.  A quick check using SatPC32 confirms that eclipse should have occurred right where you saw it!  So, it looks like power management is working exactly as expected (turning the bird OFF during eclipse).

We are having a few minutes of eclipse on every pass, so people are going to be seeing the bird shut OFF.

It might turn OFF at other times too, usually just before or after the predicted eclipse times.   It's all dependant upon battery voltage.
