I just missed it...correct continent (AFrica) but to far south (Ivory Coast)...good news is that I will be back and have in works a Chad, Nigeria, and Congo reciprocal license...with a good operating room agreement with the Sheraton Abuja...The Sheraton is going to let me put up some permanent antennas...
