I see on http://oscar.dcarr.org/ that AA5PK, KB1RVT and KB9BNK also reported 
HO68 being off.....

I did not hear HO68 a few minutes ago when I went out for the 1706z pass – 
can anyone confirm that?  I have had some station issues lately, so maybe 
the issue is on my end.  From what I understood in Alan’s email yesterday, 
HO68 was back in operation.
