[amsat-bb] SO-67 now in LOTW

Hi!

I just noticed this change when reading through the LOTW FAQ page:

SO-67 is now listed as a satellite supported in LOTW.  I also saw
that there is a new TQSL configuration file as of yesterday (27th)
available for download.  To get the new configuration file, you can
download it from this link:

https://p1k.arrl.org/lotwuser/config.tq6

or get the new configuration with the valid certificates LOTW has 
for you at:

https://p1k.arrl.org/lotwuser/certs.tq6

If you are not already logged into LOTW when using either of these
links ending in "tq6", you will be taken to the LOTW login page 
before the download starts.

I will upload my SO-67 QSOs tonight, which will complete my goal
of putting all of my satellite QSOs into that system.  After that,
it will be a simple matter of periodic uploads to put future QSOs
into the system.
