Both of these are still being issued.  Bruce KK5DO takes care of the
SA-AMSAT award along with the other AMSAT-NA awards, and the
JARL still issues the Fuji award:

You can look for recipients of the Fuji award, along with the other

It looks like SQ9MES received Fuji award 120 in June 2011.  I received
my Fuji award in May 2009, after submitting my application to the JARL
desk at Dayton that year.  It's not numbered, but it appears to have
been #110 based on what I see at the last link.  A nice certificate,
similar in size to the current VUCC award.  The JARL representative
at Dayton in 2009 even apologized that he didn't have any blank Fuji
awards that could be filled in and given to me on the spot - something
they were able to do with many of their other (more popular) awards.
