[amsat-bb] ND9M/P: DM36 l DM37

We took our time getting out of town (again) and missed most of the 
day's passes, but we're finally on the road and will overnight very 
close to the DM36 / DM37 line.  If train allows, I should be to be on  
 from the grid line on VO52 later tonight and again tomorrow morning. 
And if I get up easily enough tomorrow, I might AO51 in the 24/1100Z 
time frame.
