[amsat-bb] Virus or not in ARISSAT software

When I download the setup file at 
http://www.arissattlm.org/download/ARISSatTLM_050_Setup.exe my Norton 
complains that a WS.Reputation.1 virus is present and it deletes the 
file.  Do I have an incorrect link or is this merely the heuristic 
detection in Norton falsely identifying a virus?   The link to the file 
is on the AMSAT web page so my assumption is that the file is OK.
