[amsat-bb] ARISSat-1 - Nothing Heard on 145.950?

I have heard from four different, experienced amateurs the past 90 minutes, indicating that expected telemetry and SSTV was being received ... but nothing on 145.950.

My passes here in Southern California occur at 1:03AM PDT (0803 GMT) and 2:38AM PDT (0938 GMT). Second pot of coffee brewin'.
