I was looking at the schematic diagram

As I suspected the transformer has 4 wires coming off from the
primary windings.

In my opinion the transformer has two identical primary windings
to work in parallel from 100 to 117 volt and in series with 220 volt

For 100 or 117 volt connect terminal 0 with terminal 2 and the terminal
1 to terminal 3 so that both primary windings are in parallel and in phase
after that connect the 117 volt line to terminals 0 and 2

For 220 volt connect terminal 1 to terminal 2 and the 220 volt line to
terminals 0 and 3

But perhaps yours has a different transformer if it uses pin 3 for 117v.  In
the mod, pins 0 and 3 are for 220v.
