The launch opportunity went away.  We are back on the list looking for a new
ride.  Nothing in site...

Now we are working on a tether sat, and I proposed using the long tether as
an HF antenna, but once the tether deploys, the drag will be so great that
the tethersats will deorbit in only a day or two, and so this idea is not
getting a lot of traction.
