That warbley or fm'ing sound is if we run too much power or there are several people on at the same time. Those poor 36 (I think) year old solar cells are working really hard. Try to keep the power to a minimum to maintain communications.

If you can, call CQ. That's how I got the 1 CW QSO I've ever gotten on the sats. I would have had 2 if I hadn't messed up the VFO.
I've really got to get my sat station set up again so I can try again... I love the somewhat warbley sound of CW on AO-7. :)
