Hi Sven,

Space-Track has changed and now requires a secure (SSL) login to access
Keplerian elements. You'll notice that your browser uses "https" at the
start of the URL. The secure access isn't currently implemented in Nova.

According to the NLSA website, they are working to adapt Nova to this
change and will release a new version.
