Sounds Democratic... Throw  a lot of money in the air and then control it 
beyond any reasonable use. 8-).   It has been more fun reading about the out 
of this world FD events than it would have been trying to work anyone with 
an :"OSCAR CLASS"  station running 2 watts out put.  Long live AO-07!
