Hi Dave,

KD7QAF is an ex call sign (now AC7VA - Washington) and KD7QAN is a op in 
Yuma, AZ.  From the looks of his QRZ page he has not been very active, so I 
would doubt if he has a repeater.

Thanks for the heads up. It's likely an echolink or irlp node. Does anyone
