John, K8YSE, records almost all of the FM LEO passes...  it'll probably be up on 
his site within the next couple of hours.

I will check for any Echolink or IRLP nodes for that call sign or area when I 
get home.  Hopefully we can get hold of the owner & get them to move it out of 
the satellite sub-band.  We had one here in the Chicago area a couple of years 
ago, and got it to move pretty quickly.
