I have had the same trouble with HRD also ,After about 6 months of use ,it did the same I think it has a user timeout .I had to delete it and I use Orditron

All of the sudden I cannot start the Sattelite tracking within HRD anymore.

In order to fix this I tried a complete new install (v5.0), but that doesn't
help.

 

-          HRD starts & works normally, but;

-          when I start the Satellite tracker I get "Microsoft Visual C++
Runtime error"

 

ps: OS is Microsoft XP
