[amsat-bb] ISS QSOs through voice or digipeater for LOTW

Hi!

Since I haven't seen an answer posted to your question from earlier,
here goes.  Yes, QSOs between two stations on the ground through the
ISS is acceptable for LOTW.  Use the satellite name "ARISS" for the
ISS, as shown in the LOTW FAQ:
