You might want to consider hardline for the lowest possible loss.  You 
aren't specific enough in your question to really be able to provide the 
answer you're looking for.

What kind of antennas are you using?

What frequencies?

Are you using a rotor?

Are they on a tower?

Are you using on-mast preamps?

Will they be portable?

Help us out here!
