Hi!
Thanks for the QSOs on the last AO27 pass. I did not hear
the first 2 minutes of the repeater time, but was able to
make 12 contacts in the remaining 5 minutes. Maximum
elevation was only 9 degrees, which I saw as the repeater
shut off.
I am parked on the municipal wharf in Santa Cruz CA (grid
CM86xx), and there has been alternating sun and rain in
the past hour. I hope to add more to the log on the upcoming
AO27 pass around 2118 UTC. Then back up to San Jose.
My current location is showing up via APRS at
http://aprs.fi/wd9ewk-9 if you'd like to see where I'm
hanging out. Most people are walking around or they
have their fishing poles out, but I'm doing a different
type of 'fishing'.
