[amsat-bb] Uplink power for working ARISSat-1?

Hi,

Thought I would give the ARISSat transponder a try.
Any recomendations from those that have worked it.

I have available a 9 element yagi and about 20W at the feed point  

Is this likely to work or do I need a few kW ?
