Industries is funding and building the bus and the universities are
providing the payload.  I wonder why the life ("lifetime in orbit") is only
predicted to be 6 months?  Aren't most SSO orbits somewhat higher than
LEO?  I'd think that with that much mass and higher it would last longer.
Or maybe it is a poor translation and the limitation is consumables (like
fuel)...

Anyway, it will be interesting to see if there are some cool pictures if
nothing else!
