[amsat-bb] bias tee +10mhz

Hi,

anyone have a circuit for bias tee, where I can supply the converter
with 12V and
in the same cable I can feed the converter with 10MHz reference clock.
Something like that:
Output frequency of converter is from 900-1100Mhz
