[amsat-bb] SpectraVue Demod On Missing

I am throwing this out on the BB because I and at least one other AMSAT member is having this problem.  Here is a quick rundown:

We are trying to use the FunCube dongle with SpectraVue.  We select the following in SpectraVue:
- InputDevice: SoundCard
- SoundCard IN Setup: Microphone (3- FunCube Dongle V
  * in this setting window we also left off "Stereo (Complex I=R, Q=L) checked off.
Click "Start" in the main interface using Continuum.

After doing this, no demodulation options are available in the bottom right.

What are we doing wrong?  Why are the demodulation options grayed out?
