The normal AO-51 downlink *was* 435.300 MHz, but with its limited
capabilities now it uses 435.150 MHz as the downlink.  Its uplink is
on 145.880 MHz.  I was just on that pass, and it was busy with stations
from Cuba and Mexico up into Canada, and all across the continental
USA from my backyard here in the Phoenix area.
