I received the FM from ARISSAT-1 very strongly on Sunday in the vicinity of
2130Z in the northeast US (FN42).  I tried to listen to the transponder and
CW downlink but I did not hear anything.  OTOH, I was in the middle of
moving my shack so I did not have things fully setup.  So if you are asking
"is ARISSAT still running" the answer is surely yes, and strongly.  If you
are asking whether anyone has used the transponder recently, I can't answer
that.
