Hi Kevin,

Not exactly.  No two points can be more than 200km (124 miles apart).  It
isn't a circle around your QTH with a 124 mile radius, because many points
would be more than 124 miles from each other.  You could make some QSOs from
a point 50 miles east of your QTH, and some other QSOs from a point 65 miles
west of your QTH, because those points wouldn't be too far apart-50 + 65 =
115, within the 124 miles limit.
