Nice find. I would guess that G5400B is the model number. here is a link to
the manual.

You may need another interface to control it automatically from the
computer. I use a SatPC32 as my software and interface it through the LVB
Tracker. It can be run manually through a terminal program by typing in Alt
/ Az commands.
