Hi Ken and Gordon,
 
I copied the 08:30 utc  pass over Italy and the signal was audible at 08:36,
so 15 minutes +o- after the sunlight.
I heard at 145.950 FM voice, TLM and SSTV

Hi Gordon,
I did not hear even a whisper today -Monday morning - at my QTH  in south 
Wales UK.
Thanks for your posting it confirms that I was not alone.
