Hi Luc,
What we know about the payload:
Data in UHF band
Video in X band
and AP at the weekend reported the satellite will also play North
Korean revolutionary music. A subsequent MSNBC report said reception
details would be provided at the time of the launch, although I don't
hold out hope for an exact frequency. Last time they said songs were
being played "at 470MHz."
KCNA, April 5, 2009
>>It is sending to the earth the melodies of the immortal revolutionary paeans "Song of General Kim Il Sung" and "Song of General Kim Jong Il" and measured information at 470 MHz.<<
I presume that meant the last satellite was alternating songs and
telemetry on the same frequency.
