Our satellite operator friends in range of Asiatic Russia may find this news
from the DXNL 1776 - Apr 18, 2012 DX Newsletter interesting:

UA9, ASIATIC RUSSIA
     RA9LR, RV9LF, UA9LAC, UA9LAO, UA9LEW, UA9LL, UA9LP, UA9LT and UB9LBS
     will sign RK9LWA/9 from the Olenyi Ruchyi nature park in CW, SSB and
     digital modes on 80m-10m (maybe also SSB/FM via satellite on 2m/70cm)
     from Apr 19-22.
     QSL via UA9LP, bureau QSLs can be requested via e-mail to ua9lp at mail.ru

This news would be too late if we waited for the weekend ANS news cycle.
