I have run up against this.. if it ain't 32-bit in the first place, it
won't work in Win7 64-bit.. older programs like my Uni_Trac interface
software would simply not run on my new rootin scootin Win7 machine, and
I ended up dedicating my old box strictly for running the Uni_Trac...
