IARU list 145.825 MHz AFSK FM AX.25 downlink for Dove-1 and 437.425 MHz AX.25 AFSK for Phonesat v1.

The orbit is listed as just 270x270km 51.6 degree inclination so the sats will burn up fairly quickly.
